Year in Review 2013

PART 1-     This was one of my favorite photo of the year because I really like the lighting and the cuteness of the fox, the blurriness in the background and the way he's posing for the camera like he knows whats going on the emotion being sweet and happy.

This was another of my favorite photo of the year because just the depth of the photo makes it seem endless and beautiful. The sky the top half is covered with pink blossoms every single corner. The lighting reflecting a little bit the shadow of the flowers. And just being clear

This was my last of my favorite picture of the year because the lighting is perfect and clear outside, the blurriness in the background makes the subject with are the 2 birdies flying and the fact that they made the shutter speed and aperture where they caught the birdies in the action flying out of their nest made it look really cool and cute. The emotion would be happy and free.

PART 2-  MY FAVORITES

BESTSONG 2013

I chose this for my main choice because I just love her music its so nice some things that attracted me to this choice was her voice and the way she makes her music. It was the best of 2013 because I listened yo her music all throughout the year.

BEST MOVIE OF 2013

I chose this for my main choice for the best movie because I've been loving all the fast and furious movies some things that attracted me to this choice was since I've loved seeing all the rest of the past movies seeing the last one was a must to me so i definitely went an saw it. It was the best because it led to so much tension of being the very last movie and just everything that happened it was so cool i loved it.

MOST IMPORTANT NEWS OF THE YEAR

I chose this for my main choice of the most important news of the year because Nelson Mandela's death really was a shocking and affective to people. Things that attracted me to this was him being so important to the world and the cause and change  that he wanted to make was so history and his death was really just a memory to remember.

MOST IMPORTANT PERSON

I chose this for the most important person of the year because well she's pretty important being in great awesome movies being the main character . some things that attracted me to this person is the picture of her its so pretty and its the most important person because she's important.

Alex and Sierra

Part 3-  One thing that happened in my holiday break that I will remember would actually be going to Mexico and visit my family that i haven't seen in a like 2 years and spending time with them bonding and just having a good time.
2. My resolutions for 2014 are get good grades and keep working hard on my dancing

blog 2

Favorite-
Winner
New York, August 6-13, 2012: "Sex"

                      Critique-
Whats communicated about the people in the magazine cover is sex, its communicated by their lips almost kissing or about to kiss and the coverline under and in the bottom of "sex" by saying a way through A romp Through the Urban Libida. The lighting was really good and just the way the made it look just their lips close up the new york title was good and just the bar code in the left third the exposure and the composition the angle is a little bit from the bottom up.

blog 1

Masthead (Logo)- its the name of the magazine in a specific typeface the masthead is usually used on the contents page inside as well as the front cover and as  a logo for advertising and branding purposes

Dateline- Month and year the of publication. Note that a monthly magazine usually hit the news-stand the month before the cover date.

Main Image- the image of the model

Model Credit- It is unusual for such a credit to appear on a magazine front cover but is done on fashion magazine. The photographer and model credit is usually on the contents page.

Coverlines- cover lines which are distributed around the main image without detracting from it too much

Main cover line- this is very large taking up almost a quarter of the magazine cover and comes in 3 layers each with a different color

Left third- the left third of the magazine cover is vital for sales in shops where the magazine is not shown full frontage the title must be easily recognizable in a display

Bar Code- Standard bar code used by retailers
